I had the exact same problem as the above report! I am currently on hold for their 1-800#, and have been on hold for about twenty minutes! This is not the first time I have called. Over the past four days I have called about five times. One of the times I talked to "a manager" who actually hung up on me!! I was so mad that I was shaking! What kind of place can only offer a refund through email? What kind of "manager" hangs up on a upset customer! I have emailed their support people who apparently are the only ones who can offer you a refund twice a day, everyday, for the last four days, and recieved no response. I was so upset to see $89.00 taken out of my checking account! I keep thinking of all the other things I could have used that hard earned money for. Today I went to their website; www.luminousbrites.com, and their was a massage saying that the deal that was offered was no longer offered..hmm wonder why that is? Maybe consumers are catching on to these scammers! I told one of the people who I spoke to on the phone that they were scammers and it was a trick, and he didn't have much to say about that, except that I agreed to the terms and conditions, which I didn't! I never saw any box that I checked, and no where on the screen was their terms and conditions. I am furious about this! If anybody know of anyway to get my money back please let me know. But to all who read this; YOU ARE WARNED! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANY FREE TRAIL FOR LUMINOUS BRITES! THEY ARE SCAMMERS, AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
