On 27 April 2017, I saw an ads of the skin care that is black head killer on instagram by using my phone. Then I click to the ads to see the product. In the ads, I have to insert my details which is my name, email and home address before I can continue to see the product. After the product list appear on my phone screen, I have to select the amount of the product that I want to order. Then I just click on the first amount from the listed which is 30pax to see how much the product costs. Later after the amount cost of product shown, I quit the ads because the cost is USD 74.70 it is too high and I can't afford it.
On the next day when I check my email, I saw this company has email me that I already ordered their product with order number LXUS6008974. In the email, they said that I have chosen their 'delivery first - pay later' paymentmethod which is I didn't click that. They said that they will deliver their products before I need to pay anything. Once I have received my package, I can easily pay by wire transfer, PayPal or credit card. The exact instructions will follow on the invoice that will be shipped together with your package. I felt shocked with this email because I clearly didn't ordered their products.
Last friday on 12 May 2017, I received a packaging with my name and the sender details on the packaging is not clear. So I open the package to see what is inside. Unfortunately it is 30pax of black head killer products from the Lux Style with the invoice. The invoice stated that I have to pay within 14 days to avoid late reminder fees. Then I emailed them said that I didn't ordered their products and I won't pay anything to them. They refused my email said that I did order their products. I opened facebook and search the Lux Style International Scam. A lot of people were said that this company is a scam. They were also have the same situation as me.
Then I emailed to this company said that they are scam and I won't pay anything. They replied my email said that I can return their product or I can have 50 percent discount of their products. I do go to the dhl express courier in my place and it will cost me to pay RM160 (Ringgit Malaysia) for return their products. I cancelled the returning process because the cost is still high and I don't want to waste my money just to return their products. I also don't want to take their 50 percent offer because the amount still high for me to pay.
I kept their products safely without using it. I make this report in case they want to sue me so that I have the evidence that it is their problem not mine. I hope ripoff can take an action to this company because many people already scammed by this company.
