Luxe Dope approached us end of October 2016 offering their service. We checked out their website and read reviews of their service online. Although there was negative reviews, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and proceeded with hiring them. They responded farily quickly and was engaged the first couple of weeks. After that it went downhill. They don't bother to respond and when they do, they just feed you with bulls*** excuses. It's now going into 5+ months of waiting for our website to be completed. We've asked them for a refund since they've breached the contract (it was only supposed to take 2 weeks!) and we got tired of waiting and still nothing. They refused to give us a refund stating they've already put a lot of work into it and it's been several months. Well, there's no updated work to show as proof that they've been working on it. The only thing we received was in the beginning so we would believe that they are working on it. We paid half $175 to get started, then they showed us some stuff and in order to get the website "launched" we have to pay the other half $175. After they received payment in full, they don't deal with you anymore. They ignore text, phone calls, emails but they are very active on Instagram promoting their service! The phone number listed on their website is probably a fake number since it goes straight to voice mail everytime. NO HUMAN EVER ANSWER IT.
Stay away from them. They are nothing but a scam business. I should have known. if it sounds too good to be true, then it really is. $300 for a website design is way too cheap so that was a warning sign. We are now a victim to this company just like the other negative reviews posted online about them. What a waste of time and money. We have proof of all emails and texts as proof. I hope they don't get away with scamming more people.
