Luxor Hotel MGM Hotels International Bait and Switch Las Vegas, Nevada
Bait and Switch ..
There is no other way to put it. This hotel accepted a Priceline bid for the room then wanted to charge $15 more per night. They would not honor the priceline bottom line figure. I called customer service three times and asked to speak to a person that had the authorization to do so and they told me no one was authorized to switch the prices. They were terribly rude always saying I'm sorry. When someone says they are sorry that means they have done something wrong to be sorry for. Welll Luxor Hotels has something to be sorry for because they have done something wrong.
IF YOU ARE GOING TO BOOK A ROOM THERE BEWARE, The price they give you is not their final price. This is a scam of a hotel and I'm sure there are many of them in the State of NV. If it were me I would bypass traveling there altogether. I have no interest in gambling and I certainly wouldn't give them any of my money. It may come down to the fact that I may have to stay there but believe me I will cause so many problems as a customer they won't even believe it. They started the whole gig of bait and switch. Buyer Beware... This is a sleazy hotel and they got my money and I'm having a hard time getting it back before I even stay there. Sleazy Sleazy Sleazy...
