We were contacted by this conpany offering Organza bags Packaging in May 2007. Itwas exactly what we had been looking for! The MD was English and sent great sample pack that assured us that they could fulfill any order of any size. We agreed on a price and I sent $13,187 as an advance payment as we were told the goods would be ready in 30 days.The goods never came and we had one excuse after another we met the guy Jamie and english man in the office at 108 Wellington Street and demanded to see proof that this was an actual business we demanded a refund but were unable to get this. the office was neat and well organized with lots of sample packs ready to go by fed Ex to unsuspecting companies I protested that this was discrace as they had not fulfilled my order and were now conning other companies in the same way they demied this and claimed we would recieve our order very soon! a full year after paying them they returned us $3000 usd.and in Nov 08 we recieved another 3469.39. The last contact we had was in Dec 08 when we were promised we would recieve half of our order to cover the money owed we never recieved this and they have refused to meet with us or answer our emails or phone calls.In September 09 I went to the Hong Kong Police to report this fraud after reading of the many more victims on Rip Off Report. The police filed a full report and went to Lux Pack offices to question them but there was no one there. The Police were very helpful but warned that this would probaly be treated as a business dispute rather than a fraud. I am returning to HK in June and intend going to the police with the details of the other victims of this fraudulent company.I also hope to appoint a debit collector and a solicitor to persue this company who are continuing to run this fraudulent company from the same offices. please let me know your details and this will help me with the police and the Solicitors to at very least get this fraud shut down and its operators brought to justice!
