Luxpack Group - Luxpack Ltd. - Q Pack Asia Ltd. - Luxpack Asia Ltd - Organza Bag manufacturer -- wired deposit monies and the company disappears! They occassionally send an email but never send goods or refund money. Thieves and NOT to be Trusted! Sheung Wan Hong Kong
Luxpack contacted my company. An employee asked for samples of their products, personalized organza bags, and Luxpack FedEx-ed them! We thought, here is a company from Asia that is fast and responsive. THIS IS THE CRUX OF THEIR SCAM!
I wired the deposit money. In 5-7 business days we were to receive the samples for approval. A month went by. They had holidays and our contact got sick, etc. etc.
I threaten to file a report with the Consumer Bureau of Hong Kong and they respond very quickly! Yet, it is still excuse after excuse and we received no samples. After three months, simply refund the money! I have not heard from the company since.
They have no intent of providing the goods paid for or refunding the money sent. Plain and simple, they will steal your money! LUXPACK ARE THIEVES!
