On September 28th 2009 I emailed seller to verify product was not fake and received a reply that it was not so I went ahead and ordered a Black Balenciaga Medium Envelop Clutch Bag priced at $290.00 US Dollars.($368.00 AU) I paid via their website using PayPal. Next day I was sent a receipt and order number 1064. I waited about 4 or 5 weeks for the bag to arrive and then emailed with my concerns when it did not arrive. I received no replies after 3 or 4 emails to them so eventually made a claim through PayPal. I was refunded my money via an e-check but it failed to clear. PayPal tried again with no luck and then closed the case. In November I emailed again and received a reply that the bag had been sent but was returned to them by Australian customs.They were also aware that the refund failed. I phoned customs and spoke to a man named Pat and he said this would not have happened as they have officers checking mail where it is received by Australia Post. It does not go direct to Customs and they would not ship anything back. I emailed the seller with this information and they said they would sort it out with Pay Pal but did not.They will not respond to my emails. I asked the seller to resend the bag or refund my money, I gave them my bank account details and my postal address but they did neither. I phoned PayPal and was told the seller no longer has a paypal account. I have tried on many occasions since to contact the seller but they will not respond at all now. I have done everything I can think of to resolve this. They have both the bag and my money.
