I paid the shipping for the watch and I was charged for an item called "love necklace ", which I didn’t ordered. I called the customer support, and I was told this was charged by the UPS, and there is nothing I can do about it. Luxyfash is a scam site; the survey has nothing to do with Amazon. Internet
