So I tried Lyft today and had my Sasha (my dog)with me. Got in and the car was a little spotty, debris on the floor but no biggie. Yes Sasha sheds. So the driver doesn't say anything but is OK that I'm bringing her. After my trip I'm charged $80.00 for " damage" , addition to the regular charge for the ride. Only pictures of her hair on seats and the debris that was already there. Crazy. I understand a smaller charge just so the driver can vacuum his car but $80. Yikes.. Highway robbery. My 1st and worse and last experience with them. I've written to Lyft but no results on reducing or refunding the charge for damage. The answer is generic stating be cause I've agreed to the terms and conditions I'm responsible. I disagree. This driver capitalized on the dog hair to get the other mess that was not caused by me. Bad, unprofessional service.
