Mr. Krannichfeld took my dance studio's class photos last year, June 4, 2012, when he still lived in Chico, Calif. As of today's date, June 11, 2012, we have yet to receive usable product. He did drop the photos off a few months after he took them, literally as he was leaving town to move to the Eugene, Ore. area. I was not home at the time to receive them or I would not have accepted them.

Within a few days, after I felt calm enough to contact him, I explained that the quality of the photos was not okay, aside from one poster-size photo he had included in which the quality was beautiful. The skin tones were wrong, ranging from a slightly sepia tone to almost greenish, and I had noted that he had checked "auto correct" when he had them printed. The poster-sized photo did not have "auto correct" checked for its processessing, however.  Also, he had not included CD's with any of the orders, which were to have been included with each order.

Enlisting the help of one of my college students to try to get this situation resolved, he has told both of us dates that he would have the photos corrected and disks made so that I can distribute these to my students, and these dates have come and gone. He now tells us that they will be done by June 16, 2012. Lyle collected and deposited $734.79 from the students and parents of my studio and has yet to provide a usable product.

While is capabale of taking beautiful photos, he seems incapabale of delivering said photos.
