Responded to Ad for work, in the Spring Hill, FL area, listed by, Affinity Modes & LynneC&Company, on Dec. 4th. I had just relocated to FL., tight on funds & theire's was the first job offer.

Affinity Models called me on the 6th, confirmed event and said they would forward agreement & other dates, but they were pressed and needed me to be on site within 48 hrs.  This was on a Wednesday.  I was at work on Friday, for the Wine demo.

I received the dates, and the the check-in sheet, with the Event ID, & other pertinent info, via email, showng the ent would that last until the end of Dec. 2014,  every weekend.

I was promised that a debit card would be sent for purchase of wine.

Leading up to 12/19/2014, I had sent several emails, Calls, stating I had not received the debit card, and asking if my timesheet for the first weekend event was received.  I received no reponese.

On 12/19/2014, I received the debit card promised, and attempted to activate it, at the demo, only to discover that there was a pin code needed.  I sent an email, stating that I just received the debit card, and was unable to use it due to needing the pin#.  That I could not complete the rest of the demo,  I was low on funds.

I still received no response. I stopped going.  I was driving approx. 85 mi, ea. way.

Over the Christmas Holiday (Which begins for me, in Nov.)

I called and emailed LynneC & Affinity.  I finally received an email the last week of Dec.,  from LynneC, stating, "Nobody's in ofc., we're on vacation".

I still emailed.  To no avail.

Jan. 2015, I received a VM from LynneC.  She said she wanted to know how I knew to do the demos, when to go, etc., as though she knew nothing about me working the event, even though the contract has their name on it.

I emailed the agreement from LynneC/Affinity, the email with the dates/Event info, a copy of the debit card, Signed by manager with store stamp on the event forms, receipts, pictures from the event, etc.

We went back and forth, over 40 emails for at least 4 weeks, with LynneC stating that they would have to have a meeting w/ the guy who assigned me to the project, to See what happened......?

What happend is: A man in their employee, (Acting as their agent), had a legal and binding agreemnt with me, to perform certain duties in a certain time frame, with the promise of providing me with means to do it.  I received the debit card late in the event, and was not provided with the pin#.

6 wks later, after emailing weekly asking for status of my payment, I received an email from LynneC, stating that they've decided not topay me because I did the wrong demo.  I emailed back, showing the ate and the name of the wine on their contract.  LynneC said, Yes, that was the wine I was to demo for the 1t day, only.  I emailed back that it was their responsibility to alert me of what product to demo.  She said the bottom line was they were not going to pay me for any of the demos. Asking me, why woulod I keep going to a job, when no one was contacting me.

I have continued to email, asking for payment, stating why I deserve it.  Nothing.  I emailed and asked who was thier agent of sevice, so that I may sue in small claims. I also pointed out, that I had her email, where she states that LynneC would agree to pay me for the first day, ONLY, which I had yet to receive.

That was in the first 2 weeks of Mar. 2015.  December 4, 2014, til April 1, 2015.  I've been behind on my bills, ever since I worked for them and didn't get paid. Now, I need new brakes. And, still awaiting $100 payment, that should actually be a $500 payment. I emailed them, "In what world, on what planet, do ppl let you get away with this?  It's $50 to file in small claims. That's what what their payment will go towards.  If I ever get it. Open and shut case, with all the documentation.
