I am one of what I fear to be many scammed by M3Strategy and now I am out $1,900.00. I contacted Leticia Lane (cell # 480-540-7238) through the website back in August of 2009. After answering a few questions she explained that M3Strategy could execute a "short-refi" which would reduce the principal balance of my mortgage to 105% of current market value. This represented a $80,000.00 reduction and over 45% reduction in monthly payment.
I submitted the required financial documents and of course I was approved. I was then instructed to send 2 money orders to cover the "audit" totaling $1,900.00. Since then it has been nothing but excuses on their end. I have been put off claiming my file was with the negotiator, then in a bundle going to BOA, and now on hold due to Obama's new principal reduction plan.
Now when I try calling all numbers ring busy. I have delt with several people at M3Strategy and not one of them has stayed more than a couple months. Now I fear that my personal info will be sold or stolen by one of the what appears to be many criminals at M3Strategy.
