Here I am struggling to make ends meet when I get a miraculous phone call in Sept 2009, from a Dave Thompson, who works for M3 Strategy.  He told me that based on my current situation with an upside down mortgage and not qualifying for a loan mod through my lenders, I would probably pre qualify for a short refinance.  So I go ahead and fill out the paperwork, filling out my most confidential information (bank accounts, SS#'s, mortgage accounts, etc).  And what do you know, I qualify!  But now i have to sign their contract in order for negotiations begin AND send them $1900 for a processing fee and retainer for lawyers (who i never spoke to).  I was told by Dave Thompson that Bank of America has a blackout period of 90 days before they begin any negotiations...

so i wait 3 months...when my 90 days were up, i contact Thompson to see status...his reponse, fill out this financial worksheet that Bank of America (BOA) needs...(again with more confidential information)...i fax it back to them...I contact them again 1 month later to check status again...i get an email back, that they will look into it...I get a phone call to fax them a loan modification application that BOA sent me (M3 Strategy told me NOT to fill this out, that it would disqualify me from their program) and they want to know who my investor is...i give them the information...it has been 2 weeks and I have not been able to contact ANYONE from that company.  Either the phone is busy, or just goes straight to voicemail...i have emailed Dave Thompson, Michele Mitchell...no response...i left numerous messages and have not gotten a return phone call.  One night I got a live person picking up the phone and she told me that Michele Mitchell is on the other line and that I should just leave a message on her voicemail...I told her i have been trying to contact her for over a week...and i have been trying to contact david Thompson (who she claims did not work for that company anymore)...so i had no choice but to leave another voicemail...

So here I am, $1900 in the hole, no modification and nothing was done with my mortgage and have been scrambling for months to make ends meet...my child has just been diagnosed with Autism, and my husband diagnosed with a terminal disease in the span of 1 month...and I have been scammed by these people who said they were going to help.  I should have known better than to trust the "NO UPFRONT FEES" motto on their website...I thought I did my research and there was nothing negative about them up until a few days ago when someone else reported them...someone who worked for that hoax of a company...

I also called the Attorney General of AZ at 602-542-5025 to file a formal complaint...i also filed a complaint with the BBB...but I dont know that I will ever see my money again.  These people really know how to take advantage of hard working people who are trying to do the right thing and struggle the honest way to keep a roof over my families head. 

They are so lucky I am not in the same state as them...the New Yorker in me would truely come out of me!

File a complaint with AZ news channel 12...i believe its called 12 on your side.  Not sure if this link will post but google 12 on your side.

I filed a complaint through them too.  If they can get alot of people filing complaints with this company, maybe something will be done about these crooks!

I started naming names of whoever was involved with my account.  I dont understand how this company or whatever it is exists!  There should be a way for people  who have been scammed by this company whether as a client or ex employee to file some kind of lawsuit against them.  I have every single proof of payment, documentation, faxes, etc on file.  I email this Michele Mitchell everyday and will continue to do so until i get a response back.  How does David Thompson fit into thie picture. What about the CEO of the co. David Richter or something like that...is he a part of this hoax as well?  The phones are always busy now and there is absolutely no way to contact these people.  How many people worked for this company?

I found this and wanted to cross at least one name off the list.  I worked at m3 for a while and was sucked in to all of the b.s. that came out of those people's mouths.  It wasn't until Rindi started working there that I was made aware of what was happening.  Or should I say not happening? 

It was refreshing to finally hear the truth, but sad at the same time.  When we both discovered that we couldn't change what was happening and nothing more could be done to rectify the situation, we left on the same day. 

There were many good people that worked there, but they all left.  And Rindi was only there for a short amount of time, but she worked harder on those files than any other "negotiator" aka Chris Ellis, in the office.  She was fired for being too honest.
