M3 Strategy TOTAL & COMPLETE RIP OFF $2000 DOWN THE DRAIN Scottsdale, Arizona
I was recommended to call Cynthia Gebhardt at M3 Strategy by, of all people, her brother (a real estate agent at Kooiman Realty in Prescott) and her sister in law (a Bank of America loan officer) I mean come on the company was recommended by my bank of all places. I did a lot of research on the company and saw no complaints on them at all. They really must have set up shop quick and scammed us all into giving them thousands and shut them down. I have not been to the office in a while but by reading other reports here it seems as though they aren't there. I was scammed into this for $2000 of which 2 checks were written to M3Strategy. The $1500 check was supposed to go to a company called Secrest Capital & Consulting. Do they even exist?? Anyone that wants to get together and pound this company into the ground including BofA and Kooiman for recommending me on the side - Find a way to contact me (((ROR redacted)))

i was told that M3 contacted a few other places to try and help me get my deal finished with them,,, i am assuming that means everyone else two. they apparently ended up going with Advent Financial who they are paying on there own and out of their own pockets and i don't have two come up with any more money for anything. I don't care who they go with as long as they get my deal done i will be happy.

Sorry about the confusion but I no longer own the phone number that I posted. I too am I client of M3. I posted that number, which was my company owned cell phone and I no longer work for that company effective June 10. This has been the least of my concerns over the last two weeks but am certainly still interested in what is going on.

Recently you responded to a report of mine and the phone left was leads to a voicemail at some company? Who are you and who do you work for? For all other out there the is one more place to share your views and opinions - http://m3strategyscam.regalbuilt.com - Please come and share your story - the blog was set up by a friend of mine so we can all work together. Another thing - has anyone heard of this new company Addvent Funding who bought out or took over for M3??

Everyone needs to file reports as to what happened to them regarding this company to the Arizona Attorney General's office - you can fill out an online complaint at www.azgz.gov or mail to the address below. They just filed a massive lawsuit against another company called Discount Mortgage Relief doing the same stuff to thousands of others.
