MAAX misleading,deceptive, product claims Lachine Quebec
Advanta Aerosens is their spa tub that is supposed to massage you with warm air bubbles."The blower is equipped with a heater element to help maintain the perfect temperature".(As stated in the brochure.)The word HEAT is mentioned twice but yet it doesnt heat at all.In fact it cools the water down in less than 10 minutes ,to the point where you have to get out.
Several calls to customer service got me responses like,"Its not supposed to heat anything,Your opinion of heat may be differant than ours,Your not the first to complain,There is nothing we can do,ect."
We paid $700.00 for a tub that freezes you out.
