Have you seen the yellow signs on many corners in Mount Dora, Eustis, leesburg and other places that say investment property, will sell for $xxxxx worth xxxxx??? If you have, it is most likely from a person called Mac Lantrip..NEVER go into any type of realestate venture or deal with this person!!! You will regret you ever did!!!! He will try to sell you a home that needs rehab that has been over apraised and he will blow smoke up your behind saying that you will make money with him because he has an international department that sells your rehabed home over seas, he is the bigest lier.. he suckers you in... He legaly steels money from you by having the home he sells you way over apraised, telling you that he will have the home sold for you before your even done with the rehab and at the end you get stuck with a home that will be almost impossible to sell without losing money . I am also a contractor and did some work for him on his own rehabs. Big mistake, it took him forever to pay me on one job and has never paid me for another and never will.. Please do not do business with this man, I worked very hard to save money and try to make a better life for my family and it was very sad for me to find out that i had been mislead and robbed of my hard work.. Also this man does not even have a realestate license at all...
