Macys has links on all major search engines for their Serta Matress sale whcih simply states "free delivery - financing available". This baiting gets you to their site to browse matresses, assuming is it true. But it is blatently false as free delivery is only to "Some" areas and others are a $225 charge. Big difference between free and $225.
When these facts are pointed out to them, they do acknowlege the link "could" be misleading, but refuse to do anything to satisfy their customer by waiving the fee for delivery.
It is obvious they lure you to their site with promises of free shipping they do not intend to deliver on.
