Mad Dog Multimedia Rebate Ripoff Refuses to pay rebate San Diego California
I mailed a rebate form the same day of the purchase. I complied with all the requirements and kept copies.
My first contact with the rebate customer service rep lead me to believe they would send a check within 4 weeks. I waited 4 weeks, and still don't have a check.
The rebate amount was $30.00.

MDMM finally sent me a check for this rebate. It had been over 6 months. Pretty pitiful service if you ask me. Anyway, this is now resolved.
