Magazine City just does not fulfill its end of the bargain.
You pay and they take the money and run.
And they don't have the decency to pick up the phone when you call them.
My girlfriend bought me a subscription to ESPN Magazine for Christmas in December 2007. Today is May 15, 2008 and I have yet to receive a thing.
I've called Magazine City four times since December. Initially I had to wait 8-10 weeks for the order to process. Now that this time period has elapsed I am told the order is non-refundable and that Magazine City will be checking with their clearing house and getting back to me.
This is the third time I have been told they will get back to me with an answer and none has come.
This operation is a complete sham. I am looking forward to the class action lawyer that seizes this bull by the horns and takes them to town. I want every single employee of this gutter sham to be begging on the streets. Not because I want to see them fail. But because of their utter disregard for the fact that this Company does not care about the ramifications of their actions.
