I am reporting a company known as Free Rewards.
I am a senior citizen, who must've clicked on a wrong button.
Being 72, years old and playing with my computer, I must've made a mistake.
I called Free Rewards on the 7th to let them know that I had NO idea why they were charging me $24.95 a month for something I never ordered???????? Nor recieved?????
I was told at that time that I would receive $174.00 refund by the 20th of July. I phoned today and the woman I spoke to said that my refund was denied. I also call a customer service person, who told me that my refund was denied.
I was directed to a supervisor....Regina, and she said in affect that I was lying about the refund! She directed me to: [email protected] This is how I ended up at your site. I may be old, but I am perfectly aware of being ripped off!
I would have reported this earlier. I am earth concious and thought going paperless was a better option! I am going to report this FREE REWARDS company to the better business bureau as well as any Senior site I can find.
I need the refund of $174.00....so I can eat and pay my electric bill.
