Magic Auto Sound dishonest ripoff despicable attitude Tampa Florida
sometime between may and june 2003 i inquired of a audio system for my toyota celica from Magic Auto Sound. they analyzed my car and recommended a total complete system. i purchased the system and same was installed by them..
after taking receipt of my car i noticed that there was a "whining" sound coming from the speakers and whenever i engaged the gas pedal or changed gears.
i reported same to them and they tried to fix same and then told me it was fixed. i left and continued to hear the same "whining" sound so i went back and informed them again.
they took car and informed me that the problem was corrected. i took the car and whilst driving i overheard the same "whining" sound i went back a third time and this time the technician got very violent, and accused me of infringing on his lunch and that he will not fix anything about the car, as far as he is concerned he has fixed as much as he will do anthing more i will have to pay, or buy more expensive system.
the manager/owner had the same dispicable attitude and they both rerfused to correct the problem. it is their responsibility to correctly install the equipment as i paid for same to be done. they are a dishonest and ripoff establishment and i would not recommend anyone to their place of business.
