1. MJ double charged on my American Express bill. 2. American express requested refund of double charge from mj. To date, no credits show up on my AX bill. 3. MJ cut off my subscription renewal start date OCt 2010 in Dec 2010. I presume because of this request to return $$ illegally charged. 4. MJ Refused request to reinstate and said to reeorder subscription online. 5. When reordering online request to renew was cancelled because of overdemand. The only way to get service is to purchase a new device and then get a subscription. There are several illegal activities occuring here using the internet and telecommunications (dsl) and advertising. Regulatory bodies should stop MJ from false advertising, double billing, giving false info on their customer support line. Credit card copanies should refuse to allow MJ to use their services to commit fraud to retail customers (AX, Visa, MC and others) IMHO scammers should be prosecuted, sent to jail with common criminals so we can get back to the good old days of trustworthy vendors who value and take care of customers. In the end, AX gave me a credit because i am a good customer. But, why should AX pay? MJ should be penalized and their unethical practices stopped. The govt should shut them down until they stop illegal practices. I will report to BBB, FTC, Consumer SV, States Attny...and others.

Neither I nor anyone I know has ever had a problem with majic jack. Everyone I know bought it from a store and paid before we left the store. MJ never even had our credit card info. Also what AX did for you is called a charge back.  They will do it for any customer if you request it. Not only "good" customers. Also they are not out any money. They don't pay MJ. You throw around alot of noise accusing them of false advertising, false info and accusing them of fraud but you seem to actually know nothing about how credit card companies or MJ really work.
