Magic Jack. I returned their product but they say refunds are for credit card purchases only but NOT for debit cards, and West Palm Beach, Florida
I signed-up for Magic Jack's 30-day money back guarantee on the internet which totaled $81.64 which I payed for using my debit card (Magic Jack offers no PayPal options!) but then they said there was an additional $19.95 payment required to keep my old number which certainly wasn't clear from the onset. I did NOT like Magic Jack so I returned their Product within the allotted 30-day trial period and I immediately made arrangements to get another phone provider--but Magic Jack has now charged me $31.44 to get my own number back!! They now claim the authority of keeping my original payment(s) because I used a debit card instead of a credit card!? Magic Jack is currently doing business on a global basis and they advertise their product almost everywhere one looks so hopefully they might be persuaded to do honest business because of their high visibility? If Magic Jack refuses to return my payments how might I file a more serious complaint? This can't even be legal!!
