Magical Memory Vacations Will not refund paid vacation Casselberry Florida
I want to vehemently protest the shabby way I have been treated regarding the above vacation package. This package was bought for $283 and paid for on the 26th Of June, 2003. I was assurred that I could cancel but that it would be at a small surcharge and that I would have to return the entire package materials. I even signed an agreement to that effect. I cancelled and returned the entire package by registered US mail which was delivered at their office and signed for at 11:14 AM on the 14th of November.
Before then, I had made several calls to the number listed in their package and I got a host of responses from downright rudeness to unfulfilled promises from the customer reps. One called Paul even assured me that he would look into it and call me the next day. He never did. I have tried to speak to Mary, the sales rep and Nicole the verifier that attended to me the day I bought the package but they are never available. I have again called and the recording I have been getting states that there are no messages and that I should try again later.There is no provision to leave a message should you want to. I sent email. Still no response.
No acknowledgment of my report has been made neither has my money been refunded back to me.
