I have had magicjack for almost a year and half, for much of the first year, I simply used the dongle. I moved to another state back in may and the local cable provider was giving a deal so i went with the digital voice service. I set up my magicjack number to forward to my new LAN line number. It worked pretty good until about aug 20th. Just stopped working. When people called my magicjack number it just forwarded to the MagicJack Voicemail. So contacted MagicJack they said they would pass it up to the engineers should be fixed in 12-24hours.
Well its October 14, some 40+ tech chats later my issue still isnt fixed, and I get the same story before the exit the chat. "We have esculated this as high as it can go". Well being the trivial testing technician i am. I started testing other numbers. Out of my test of 9 numbers.

This is a total system failure.
The fact that my issue still isnt resolved 2 months later. I would think this borders false advertisement as its failure to provide timely service. OH and they wont refund the prepaid service.
