Magicjack will not honer the warranty I can get phone call in but I can not call out Nationwide
This going on for 3 days now the something over and over stell the tech's make it look like they are trying to help you but they are not when you ask for them to send you a new one and have do this all over and over.

Anika: At Device Managers' window, click the + to the left of Disk drives. Do you see YMAX MagicJack USB Device?

Anika: Right click on YMAX MagicJack USB Device and select Uninstall

Anika: Expand the plus sign to the left of CD / DVD drives.

Anika: Now, right click on any installed device under Disk Drives and select "Scan for Hardware Changes".
