ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY CHAT. WORKED ONE DAY THEN HAS NOT WORKED SINCE . WAS ONLINE CHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR 4.5 AND COULD NOT GET THEM TO FIX SOFTWARE ISSUE ON THERE END. I WAS USING MICROSOFT VISTA AND THEY COULD NOT GET IT TO WORK. HAVE DIAL TONE BUT COULD NOT GET SOFTWARE TO SWITCH TO TELEPHONE MODE. SOUNDS SIMPLE 4.5 HOURS LATER STILL COULD NOT GET IT TO WORK SO YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR THIS DOESN'T WORK DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME PURCHAING IT. CVS SHOULD TAKE IT OFF THEIR SHELVES.....
