MagicJack Found physical address. West Palm Beach, Florida
I have a total of 3 MagicJacks. Any time I have had difficulty, it has been a losing battle to contact Magicjack for assistance of any kind. They say my account is under review each time, and then, a whole year or more passes and you don't hear anything back from them. What I have figured out is that the only thing you can do is purchase a new MagicJack each time and get a new number. This is still cheaper than most traditional phone service.
With this said, several have said they cannot find a physical address for MagicJack. I found the following through the BBB. By the way they have an A rating with BBB if I understand correctly:
