This company is fraudulent. They charged me five times the amount they said they were going to charge me. They told me my credit score would jump 350 points in the first 2 weeks with their service. Complete lie. When i reached out to them to ask why i was being overcharged and why i didnt receive the results they claimed, the supervisor on duty Parag Patel, told me that he will not give me my money back and he will close my account out. I could not believe this was an actual manager saying these things to me, being that i also am a manager myself. This company does not want to help you, they take advantage of single mothers who are just trying to correct their lives. Im not blaming them for my credit problems, i caused that on my own. I am saying that they are plain fraudulent. They lie to get your information and take what they want out of your bank account. Now i am late with my bills. They hurt more than they help and i dont know what to do anymore. I am so frustrated that i just want to make sure no other single mothers or anyone else for that matter fall prey to these dishonest salespeople at this fraudulent company. Stay far away from Parag Patel and Main Street Credit Services.

I recently learned of this from one of our hundreds of active clients. The client was calling in to get an update regarding some work we were doing on her case and brought this to our staff's attention.

The first thing is, in a decade of experience with this company - this is the first time someone writes something negative about us - which coincides with to the firing of an employee that was not able to be compassionate to our clients.

But let's visit this review... as scathing as it is.

First off, I do not do consultation calls with new or old clients. In fact my job is to just make sure the bills are paid and to support our office staff be exceptional. Me promising anything to anyone for any period of time is ludicrious because I work in the background - in a support role and none of our staff are compensated to make false promises. In fact none of use a paid bonuses or commissions for this very reason.

So I felt it best to examine this review in detail.

"Single Mom" (which we presume is an Ex employee who is male) - wrote:

"This company is fraudulent." 

  • Really? Please contact the Attorney General of California and they will tell you that Main Street is one of the 5% of companies that are certified to do this type of work. Only 5% or certified and we are one of them. We are about as legitimate as they come. Call our office for proof, or better yet reach out the the Attorney General's office for 3rd party proof.  In return, please prove you are an actual client.

  • Actually, this is impossible to do. A third party billing system charges our client so that we can never do that to a client. They do this based on a contract our client actually signs. We are not involved in the process at all. Again, if you are certified by the Dept of Justice and the Attorney General's office, you are mandated to this. Again it's impossible, please provide us with proof that you are real and that you have a billing statement showing this discrepancy. Furthermore, if this is true why not just chargeback to your credit card? Tell them we are not real.

  • This is true - it is a lie. In fact we would never be able to tell you how much anything would jump and when. This is like a legal case, the outcome involves 3 credit bureaus with their own time frames. 350 points is ludicrous because the highest credit score is like 850. And in 2 weeks - where did that random number come from? We can't tell you anything except that in 30 days, the credit bureaus have to review your file and if they can ask you for a 15 extension if they are backlogged and even then, they have to notify you. All of our clients know this because we review it with them when we take their case on. Now we have seen the bureaus act in as little as 7 days but that is a blessing. Not something we can count on.

  • In our years of service, we have gladly provided clients a refund if they felt they did not get the exceptional service they were due. I am not a supervisor, I'm a few rungs up and I want our clients to be completely satisfied - if not blown away by our work. This is why over 80% of our clients come to us by referrals. Plain and simple. Again, provide simple proof that this event even occurred and we will see to it that you get 5 times your money back. Any tiny bit of proof that you are a real person with a real issue with our company will do.

  • You are right because we don't have managers and supervisors... we have credit analysts who are NOT commissioned and their job is only to help. I am not a manager but the Director of the company and I spend most of my time talking to our attorneys who are helping our clients with their credit cases. It's commendable that you are working so hard to correct your current situation and we want to empower you to do so. In fact we will be your greatest champion - it is the culture that we have built for our clients. Again you can't build a company on 80% referrals if you not your client's greatest supporter.

  • Again, if we actually did cause you any financial damage - tell us, come out in the open and let's get you taken care of. We can even work on your case for free if that is what it takes. I will advise our staff of it. But again, I presume you have little to no proof that you are an actual real client that actually experienced any of this.

  • We too are frustrated in this false claim you have posted. As for anyone reading this response, please check out some of the incredible work that we have done for our clients already. Like I already stated, we have never done wrong by a client in the history of our company. I don't intend to start a trend of it with you. So if you are real - call us. If you are real, post any type of proof that you feel comfortable with and all our staff will be on call to take care of you. I imagine, we will not hear anything from this. :(
