MagicJack has a huge community that supports, fixes, bug fixes, tricks, even hacks and keeps their jacks working. They use them for Business. They become a mission critical piece of equipment. When they don't work, sooner or later, I drop everything and fix them. If Elizabeth got a totally bad jack that the blue light would not light up on Dan Borislow needs to fix that. But the product when working is a cheap, cheap solution that we want to succeed. Go over to the forums, or just Google magic jack and you will find many resources that can help you get a jack working. The first thing to reach for is not MagicJack chat, they may be helpful but there are probably thousands of people who have had the problem before and a few hundred have gotten together and found a fix. Like Skype magic jack will improve over time. Every Voip solution has a learning curve Consumers and thus the rip-off report needs to have the whole story so we can keep the option of a 1.67-cent phone bill versus a $30 phone bill each month.
