Our Maintenance company was contacted by Major Facility Solutions to submit insurance, hourly rates and other paperwork in an effort to provide business maintenance services to their clients.
A couple days after submitting the paperwork we were contacted and given a work order for a Dress Barn in Hickory, NC.
We were to arrive at a scheduled time and diagnose the concerns and make the necessary repairs. Dunrite Services, contacted Major Facility Solution one hour before arriving at the job site. Our Technition arrived on site at the correct time, spoke with the mod and made the repairs requested. The mod was completely satisfied with our technitions repair, conduct and appearance, and signed the required paperwork. This paperwork was faxed in the next business day. To this date, one year later Major Facility Solutions has not made the small $ 122.50 payment, Almost $ 100.00 less off their approved nte. Basically we wanted to do business with a company of their size so we cut them a great repair cost deal. After several phone calls and re faxing of what they say is paperwork they never received, we give up on them and their character, or lack of.

Reviewed this old claim. Dunrite is correct, payment was not sent until all paperwork was received. Once all paperwork was received, payment was released on 07-22-13. Due to our insurance carriers, we must have all requested documentation from our vendors. There is not a Vendor in our system that has NOT been paid after submitting all proper documantation.

After being contacted my Major Facility solutions, I was informed that the reason Dunrite Services did not receive payment for the completed work was due to the expiration date on our insurance form that we submitted to MFS. The mis communication from previous phone conversations resulted in us making a mistake and we apologize for our decision in posting the previous complaint.
