Please be advised that Management Recruiters/Sales Consultants of Cincinnati-Sharonville, Inc. is no longer operating and is no longer in business.
The Company was voluntarily closed by its owner on 9/28/12, with the State of Ohio, as the owner decided to retire and move to Florida.
Accordingly, I respectfully request that this so called ripoff report be deleted from all files, as Management Recruiters/Sales Consultants of Cincinnati-Sharonville, Inc. is no longer in existence, and has not been in operation since 9/28/12.

Bill O'Reilly attempted to use that same "false" claim above in a hearing that I requested with Ohio Jobs Services/Unemployment Department after I informed him that I was leaving his firm due to a "breach of contract" after his emailed decree/refusal to pay employees their guaranteed salaries, as stated in a signed contract. The ODJFS ultimately decided that his claims were "false" and they ruled against him and in my favor. This is a matter on record with the State of Ohio Unemployment Office. There were others who left at the same time (most of the staff) who were also falsely deemed "terminated." His Sharonville, Ohio office has since closed and he has moved out of state.

This is a false, slanderous, and libelous claim made several years ago by a disgrunted ex-employee, Bruce Byrnside, who lived in Mainville,OH, who we had to terminate and fire for total insubordination, and using over the top vulgar and foul language, directed to me as owner, as well as directed to other office employees, including using the F-word, in an open office environment.

This one sided, inaccurate report, which is now over 9 years old.
However, on behalf of our company, Management Recruiters of Cincinnati-Sharonville, Inc., let me set the record straight on this one-sided, inaccurate report.
First our Company's written replacement guarantee is for 30 days, not 60 days, as this West Coast hiring manager states.
Our Account Manager, sent our 30 day replacement contract, more than once to this West Coast Company's hiring Manager.
The West Coast Company hired the first candidate, and had use of the first candidate for 53 days, as an employee, which was well beyond our 30 day replacement guarantee, when this West Coast Company decided to terminate this first candidate.
However, even though our Company was no further obligated, we spent the time and effort to recruit a backup, 2nd candidate, which this West Coast Company susequently hired, and again seperated from this 2nd free replacement candidate, for which I tried to explain to this West Coast Company, we had more than fulfilled our side of the fee agreement/contract.
I am sorry this did not work out for this West Coast Company. However, our Company does not make the decision to hire or not hire a candidate, or to terminate an employee. This is the responsibility of each hiring manager, and not search firm involved.
We had a written contract in place, and our Firm more than adequately fulfilled our obligations, under that written contact.

This employer, MRI Cincinnati Sharonville and Owner 'Bill O'Reilly' is simply unable to properly service clients because he goes through employees faster than Bernie Madoff goes through $billions. I am writing this a a cautionary tail for anyone contemplating going to work for Mr. O'Reilly. His employee turnover rate is approximately 200% per year. I, as are most of the people he hires, am a mature person with a college degree and many years of work experience. Bill O'Reilly was the Worst Boss EVER and that includes all of the menial jobs that I had during high school and college. Potential Employees should--STAY AWAY.

I can certainly attest to the writer's issue. Although it was some time ago when that happened to his company, the pillage continues. I have seen this happen on numerous occasions. William "Bill" O'Reilly (not the news celebrity) has only one thing in mind, to make as much money as possible, at anyone's expense. His employee turnover rate is extraordinarily enormous and he has not only been investigated by the BBB, but also has been audited by the Department of Labor and has paid a hefty price for the conclusion. He needs to be investigated for other business misconduct, including suspected voter fraud, tax evasion/fraud, and other labor violations. Although he considers himself a successful businessman, he is nothing more than a bad crook.
