Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
A friend of mine had just retired and bought a retirement home for him and his wife. He had worked hard all his life and deserved a nice small home. It needed a little work on the yard. A flyer was left in his mail box, so he called and got an estimate. He wanted His back yard totally re-done to be a nice yard. He wanted Bermuda sod put down.

The 'crew' HIM-Blake Blanton, one person hauled in dirt and put down the sod. Coming up short with sod he asked for more money 'he said he didn't have the proper tools to measure the yard at the time' and more sod was delivered. After watering it for a week, My friend noticed dips, gullies, hills, etc...It was so bad, it could not be mowed. He thought he would break his ankle walking out in his yard. Blake Aaron Blanton's explination was that the sod that was delivered the second time was thinner, that it was not his fault. Blake Blanton said that my friend should sue the company that delivered the sod and not him.

This venture cost almost $4000.00. My friend complained but Blake would not budge as far as fixing the yard, and on the phone Blake said his work was not guaranteed.

I did a background check, after the fact, 'Public Records' and found over 35 felony charges ranging from lynching to drug possession to grand larceny and on and on. Had my friend know this, he would have not given it a second thought and called someone else.

He is out almost $4000.00 and he still has to pay more to get his yard fixed. He'd never been to court and he thought he brought enough evidence, evidently not. The judge sided with Blake Aaron Blanton, 'I wonder Why.' Daddy acted as his lawyer...Evidently Blake's Dad has had lots of experience in court!

Do not do business with this person or 'company.' There is no company...Just him. His flyer says he is insured and bonded, yea think?

Now my friend must PAY AGAIN to have his yard fixed, but he's learned a lesson. That's ok....What goes around, comes around.

This happened over 5 years ago, and did not happen as such. Just wanted to say my peace and clear the air, so to speek! The client told me he wanted to completely redo his back yard. So this meant we had to start from scratch, dig up all the existing grass, top dress with top soil, then grade with skid steer. After doing so we proceeded to establish new turf. The client originally told me he wanted to make flower beds all the way around the fence, but then decided he wanted it all soded. This was the reason for the additional sod cost. On completion he noticed two little dips in the grass. He said the lawn was not as perfect as he had hoped. I told him i could top dress the two spots with sand, which would make it perfectly level. But he insisted on a total refund. Obviously i coulded refund the used materials. So he then took me to small claims court. He brought with him pictures of the lawn which the judge told him was a nail in his own coffin. The grass in the pictures looked great except for the lines that he had draw on them with a marker pointing out the dips. So the judge decided in my favor and made him pay the 100 dollar court fee. I guess that made him pretty mad, mad enough to bash me online. And as far as my back ground goes, I did get in quite a bit of trouble when i was younger. That i cant dispute, but i did grow up.
