Mann Bracken Trying to get me to pay them or settle a debt that I am paying to another company Atlanta Georgia
Ms. Franlin from Mann Bracken called me from a Cumberland, MD phone number (301) 882-9975, even though she stated the company is in Atlanta Georgia, she stated she was trying to collect a debt and of course all information will be used for that blah blah blah. Then she told me that she is calling because I haven't paid a credit card debt since 2006.
I AM currently making monthly payments to another company and have the voided checks to prove it. She stated that no payments have been made. I feel this company may be ripping many people off by causing them to double pay on their accounts. She also gave me her "DIRECT" number (678)801-2677, well needless to say that is not her direct number it is the number for "High
Pass Expresions." I am just so frustrated... I don't know what to do..
I contacted the company that I just recently made a payment to on 1/10/09 and they stated that they no longer have my account and that it has been transferred to another company but not Mann Bracken. Nobody knows were my money has been going. I have NEVER recieved any information from Mann Bracken in the mail, which they said they have tried contacting me through.. I have left messages for Ms. Franlin at the 301# after they tranferred me to the "Atlanta" office and of course noone calls back. I have been hung up on by them. They have all my personal information including my social security number... I want to pay off this account but who do I pay?
