I was lead down the path of no where only to find out my so called Tax Expert was not giving me correct advice. I made a random call to my irs agent to make sure all the info checked out for our deal, and there was no deal! Ansari Tax Law Firm LLC would of made a great profit had I not double checked his work. Becuareful guy this guy is shifty and knows what he is doing. You let his swagger gain your trust then your in danger. Just a heads up. I saw alot of bad BBB reciews on him too...

I just wanted to state publicly that Tax Specialist Mansoor Ansari represented me in a tax matter regarding an IRS-imposed lien on my property.  I didn't check with the IRS to  see if he was doing his job.  BUT i did ask my business associates about the quality of his work since i was referred from a friend to him.   Every person who hired Mansoor Ansari spoke highly about his competency and expertise.   And in the end, Mansoor Ansari did exactly what i hired him to do - have the IRS Lien removed from my property which by the way is an almost impossible thing to get done.   Mansoor Ansari, in my case, got it done!!!!!

I highly recommend him to anyone because he is a Tax Expert and came highly recommended from my colleagues!

This individual caused his own demise. He was incarcerated for defrauding hundreds of individuals for offering fraudulent government backed business loans and tax fraud.  The IRS placed a $277000 lien on his home once he was released from jail.  At that point, he came to our law firm to seek help.

To relieve the client of the lien, my firm applied for a lien discharge.  The client later thought that he would better be served by an offer in compromise, so we billed him for the work accordingly.  He was once again billed for us having to resubmit one of his financial disclosure forms because he lied about  owning more property than he had disclosed.

Client was fully aware that his lien discharge and seperate offer in compromise application hinged on the sale of his home.  Before the closing on the sale of his home, the client rescinded on the offer because he wanted assurance from the IRS that his offer in compromise would be successful.  He was explained seven times over recorded emails that the IRS would move ahead with a forced sale if he did not sell his house.  In essence, the house was to be sold at $250000, leaving the client with a balance due of $27000 payable to the IRS.  The client became over zealous and thought that he could have received more money from the sale of his home to satisfy his debt.  This is the deal that the client is claiming was going to benefit my firm; however, this is completely false.  There were two real estate companies and one title company that were to recieve any kind of payment besides the IRS.

The client is upset that he is now losing his home and is also in violation of his probation for purposefully not resolving his debt with the IRS.  He chooses to blame my firm for his own short comings instead of realizing his mistakes.  Additionally, his family member that aided his tax schemes is now also under investigation by the IRS.

If you choose to hire my firm, we will help you in becoming compliant with the IRS.  In no way will we ever aid and assist clients in hiding income and/or evading taxes.  We have systems in check, but every so often, a client will come to us with the expectation that they will fool the IRS by hiring a tax attorney.  If you want to get your taxes in check and start down the right path, then you should hire us.  If you are looking to deceive the IRS, then please look elsewhere.
