MANTIS FINANCIAL GROUP MANTIS AND INTELLICHOICE, ARE PARTNERS COMPANYS, i WENT THE THE 2ND. ONE TO GET MY HOUSE LOAN MODIFY, THEY SAID NEED TO CONSOLIDATE DEBTES, SEND TO MANTIS, AND IN 2 DAYS TOP I WAS HOCK. WITH THEM SAN DIEGO, California
INTELLICHOICE send me to MANTIS to consolidates by debts, in less than 2 days I was hock with them, paper signed and my account set for electronic withdraw of founds. They took my information over the phone, never ask me where my money was coming from. I toll them, that once my loan modification was settle will be easer for me to pay them plus my others responsabilities. I received they welcome packet, and forms to sent to my creditors, never suggested that I could use they name to them. Two months went by and the creditor calls never stopped, nothing was going right for me. By then Intellichoice has drop me. (almost immediately as the first withdrawn was made by Mantis). In August I call them and said that nothing is been done, caller are driving crazy and I need it my money to save my house from foreclosure, they said sorry no can do. I have spoke with Sheryll La Rose (Account Manager), Melissa Gonzalez (Department Manager), Steve Walker (Co-Owner) and some other people and neither one of them wants to help. They stated that I signed a contract and the rules where explained. They are a bunch of crocks. They take when you are down and in need.
