Manx Puppies- Angelo Amadio Clamed he was selling me a pure bred puppy and never produce AKC papers but took $950.00 Boston, Massachusetts
I too was ripped off by Angelo Amadio and his Minx Puppies Co. In Aug of '07. Amadio delivered a puppy that he clamed "one of his local breaders had welped" and that the AKC papers would soon follow. I handed over $950. (first mistake) and took the puppy and believed that Amadeo would produce the papers in a week or so as he said. After months and many e-mails I never received any papers for this pup.
What I did get was a very unhealthy puppy with an acute viral infection and an infected reproductive tract. These infections all point to unsanitary living conditions that this pup must have lived in until it was delivered according to my Vet (hand raised puppies! right) By now we were attached to this poor pup so to make this short we had to spend another $1027.00 before we finally had a healthy puppy. The AKC papers? The one time Amadio did answer one of my emails asking about the papers he said his assistant had the papers with him when he was involved in a fatal car accident and the papers were lost. I knew for sure at that point I would never see the AKC papers for this dog and that there never were any.
The thing is, I would have been happy if I just got the pups papers but in thinking about it the papers show where the pup comes from, something I'm sure now Amadio never wanted to be known. This guy is a rip off artest and I would tell anyone to steer clear! I should have known better.

This guy is a life-long con man. Save yourself the bother and just say no.
