Tuesday, July 10, 2018     I had filed a complaint because one of their products did Not Have The Expiration Date Legible Enough and/or Visible Enough For The Customer To ReadIncluding Myself.   They Had The Month Written As AU.   Do They Honestly Think I Would Have Known That Since I Do Not Even Work For Their Company?   Furthermore, I did In Fact email a picture of that Hotdog Product in Question to Alicia who originally asked for it.   HoweverHere Is The Problem:   When I called up their phone number of 905-455-8340 to speak with Alicia, they had another female representative answer the phone who spoke so fast that I could NOT even understand her.   When I asked her Why She Is Speaking So Fast?   Her Answer Was:  SHE PURPOSELY AND DELIBERATELY HUNG UP ON ME!   This Disgusting and Unprofessional Phone Manner Incident occurred today at approximately 9:39 a.m. on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 coming from the phone number of 416-633-9135 that I called from.   Maple Lodge Farms seriously has some Very Rude Customer Service Representatives who should NOT be working for their company, including Aldo Fazzari, their Customer Service Supervisor!   Yes, I did call back to Complain about the Verbal Phone Abuse that I had received to Aldo FazzariCustomer Service Supervisor ([email protected][email protected]) who did Nothing About It To Satisfy ME, nor my 87 year old mother who happens to be Their Long Term Customer, but NO More!   Their CheapNastySelfish Customer Service Supervisor could have at least said I am sorry, Can We Send You Out Some Full Value Coupons for Your Inconvenience!   InsteadAldo FazzariCustomer Service Supervisor did Absolutely Nothing and does NOT even know How To Treat A Valued Customer Properly which is Why I Am Now Publishing Negative Reviews On All Major Social Media Websites.   My mother, nor I will be buying Their d**n Maple Lodge Farms Products anymore!   Thank you.   Sincerely yours,     Howard Paul Shore  Angry And Upset Maple Lodge Farms Ex-Customer On Behalf Of Mrs. Helene Shore, Your Ex-Customer   /HPS
