Marathon Imaging Supplies Phone Scam, Defective Products ripoff Van Nuys California
Our company got stuck in this scam almost two months ago and we still are not out of the water. First they trap you in the free trial, then they ship you the shipment that you did not order, and charge you three times the amout that you were told. Lucky for us at that time we had not made payment.
Next we have to buy a new printer because ours was so badly damaged by these great cartridges. We called to tell the company what happened and that we were shipping them back, only to find out that their customer service agents are on a permanent lunch break and leave your name and number so that we can call you back. I don't think so.
What prompted this whole thing is the *&^%#$% box that is sitting on my desk with, another cartridge in it. What do we have to do to make these people go away. By the way it seems so far that the money we spent originaly has vanished.
