Marcadis & Associates Put a hold on my bank account, with no notification, no registered letter.. Tampa Florida
I was out one night, went to put gas in my car, and my debit card was declined. Knowing I had over 1200.00 in the bank, I was confused.
I went home and called my bank, where they informed of me of a number to call, because my funds were being held. That number was 813-288-1881.
I called at 7am in the morning, and was greeted by a office worker who informed me the office was opened at 8am, he then directed me to the desk of a case worker who was handleling my case, where I left a messege on her voicemail.
I called 5 more times, before I actually talked to my "case worker".She then informed me that her company has been trying to get a hold of me at a number that wasn't mine, and delivered papers to an address I no longer lived at. I was then informed of a hearing where a judge had ruled in their favor, on which I received NO information, regular mail, or registered mail.
So, they in turn put a hold on my bank account, taking everything from my account. I have contacted legal assistance. They have left me with no money, and I cannot write checks to pay my bills, or put gas in my car, nor can I grocery shop.
