Marco Antonio Marin Patio Designers and Pro Design Investments LLC Fraudulently Misrepresenting the Condition of Home in Order to Induce a Sale Sacramento California
Marco Antonio Marin, aka Patio Designers, and his company Pro Design Investments LLC are shoddy house flippers. They give minimal facelifts to properties and then try to sell them for a large profit. They have sold homes without disclosing unresolved open building permits and actively misrepresented that defects would be repaired as a way to dupe buyers into buying, only to abandon buyers once the sale is closed.
After misrepresenting the condition of a house in order to sell it, the buyer is left to figure out the defects over time. Marco Antonio Marin has a history of not responding to repeated requests for repairs. Marco Antonio Marin, Patio Designers, and Pro Design Investments LLC have been sued for fraudulent misrepresentation.
Marin has left dangerous undisclosed electrical conditions that presented a real safety hazard and refused to take any corrective action until he was sued. After a sale closes he will avoid calls and become continuously unavailable.
If you want an honest professional builder, don’t waste your time with this guy. He will take your money, leave you with big headaches, and disappear.
