"Marco Palma" (phone number: 912-417-6697) has a website called lomancattery.com, who’s email is Loman Cattery <[email protected]>  He claims he is a British Shorthair Cat Breeder and currently has kittens for sale.  I agreed to purchase a kitten he has on his site named "Cinty" for $800.00.  He had me do a Zelle transfer from my bank in the amount of $800 to his email [email protected].  I asked for references and got: Leslie Bleck (((REDACTED))) and Hermon Atkins (((REDACTED))).  Hermon verified the company and I could not get Leslie.

I placed the order for $800.  He then stated that the kitten was taken to a shipping site (Easy Shipping Systems, 1-706-538-2679, [email protected]).  This "shipping site company" then emailed me and stated they wanted $1500 for life insurance for the pet but would return that money when the kitten arrived. They said if I did not pay, the kitten would be placed in quarantine for two months and I would be reported for animal endangerment. It was not making sense.

I emailed " Marco Palma " and he assured me that it was simply a deposit and I would receive the money in cash when the cat was delivered.  I then called the "Shipping" company and spoke to "Raul Alton." (706-538-2679) He said this is standard procedure and threatened that I had 24 hours or I would be turned in.  I was about to do a Zelle transaction in the amount of $1500 to the following email address:  [email protected].

But, upon my  further research (rip-off report) found this to be fraudulent.  I did not pay the $1500 for pet insurance.  Neither "company" will return my calls or emails.  I believe this is a fake website, as is “Easy Shipping Systems, Inc.) and the persons running these site are scamming money from persons wanting a pure-bread kitten.  They have stolen $800 from me and I do not want them to do this to anyone else.
