My wife was looking for a home to rent in Miami Beach for my 50th birthday. She found a property located at 3098 Alton Road, Miami Beach, Florida on VRBO. She signed a contract and put a $2,000 deposit on it. a few days before the rental date we wired the rental amount of $5741.20 as per the contract and we were put intouch with the owner Yigit Marcus Aral. The day we were to arrive Mr.Aral switched the property addreess to a foreclosed abandoned home down the street and said the property rented was doubled booked. We told him this was unacceptable and demanded a refund. We had not place to stay and Mr. Aral sold our deposit and rental money. He is a complete scam. We are not prusing legal action against him and his company. I am posting this to maybe stop him from stealling other peoples money.

The mixup was a miss understanding and Yigit Marcus Aral refunded our money in full.
