Marcus & Millichap, David Heaslip, Alex Zylberglait, Kirk Felici Scam, fraud, Fraudulently misrepresented themselves, forced commission which they were not entitled to which was supported by the manager Kirk Felici. Scam artist that should not be trusted. Miami, Florida
These realtors are a total scam and a ripoff, they misrepresented themselves as representing me on a real estate transaction, fraudulently took commissions, deposits and when I reported David Heaslip & Alex Zylberglait to the company head Kirk felici, he said he was aware of everything and that's how it goes here and they have big lawyers so beware. (((REDACTED))).

The brokers have done a great job and I would highly recommend them. I recommend Alex Zymberglait, David Heaslip and the team at Marcus & Millichap
