Jesscia does not have her report entirely correct. I ,Sharon, did speak with her several times regarding the condition of the property when she departed and the possible return of her money. Mr Bergholz did report that many things were wrong with the house upon Jessica's departure, even sent us an estimate fro a contractor on what it would cost to repair all the damages. Although Jessica states that Mari Vesci employees knew the condition of the property when she moved in, she could provide no proof. There are no employees here at Mari Vesci that were here when she moved in to collabertae her story and I asked her for proof of the condition of said property. She told me several times that she had pictures and proof. I never recieved anything from her. If I had the proof she spoke of, I would have had a better chance of returning some of her money. Everyone knows that when you move into a rental property you should document everything wrong with a written report and pictures. If she could supply any of this we would have been more than happy to go to bat for her against the owner. We only have her word against he owners. We try our best to help out all of our tenants and owners, but can only do so much if they are not willing to cooperate with us. We did send Jessica a notice to impose on her security deposit within the time period allowed by Florida Statue. Once Jessica left town I did not speak with her again regarding this matter. The last time we spoke she threatened me with an attorney so I felt I should not communicate with her after that point, in case it went any further. I am hoping that this will help in clearing our name as we did all we could under the circumstances. Thank you.
