Hi,

No matter what deal comes down the pike contact your Attorney General,Consumer Protection Division,Better Business Bureau,License and Regulatory Division of the State the offer comes in from.Last but not least contact your FBI or local police dept to report issue.Its the only way to stop these Scams.One thing for sure look out for your ELDERS they are easy prey.Little further NOTICE pharmacy techs. are stealing misc. drugs from your drug count and now selling them on the street if you have not been counting yours do it now,and I would guess 99% do not count them.{no facts yet}

Her Latest Address Now Is A UPS Store Mailbox!

Here is the scam-artist's latest address. and mind you, I wanna thank google earth and google maps for their high technology too:

Maria Duval

3105 North Ashland Avenue, #398

Chicago, IL 60657

and guess what address this is y'all? The UPS Store!!! This lady or man or transexual or whatever the hell he or she is and con-artist is using a mailbox address from The UPS Store in a poor area of Chicago, Illinois. Google Street View shows the entire area, and the area is of a low-income area with lots of businesses like "mom and pop" dry cleaners, I see a Baskin 'n Robin's Icecream place, i see a pizzeria in the area, things of those business natures in the area, but overall, the area looks rundown totally.

So that is her or his new address now as of May 11, 2013, a UPS Store mailbox- #398, per the 5-page, on-green-colored paper that I received on the aforementioned date. So I'm presuming that he or she is living somewhere in Chicago, IL. and let me just mention that on the top of the green-colored, 5-page letter is a letterhead that says "Hotel del Mar, Boutique Hotel & Spa."

So I truly believe that this person is running a scam and an elaborate scheme most definitely. How they got my address and sent me this letter? Possible via a directory of some sort with a list of potential entrepreneur names, address, etc on it. you know, something of that nature. but don't send this person your money, or send him or her or the "11 ($0.46) postage stamps either in lieu of and/or option amount of $5 for some book of pamphlet entitled, "Wealth and Happiness In Your Future," and a free gift which is entitled, "Grand Esostatic Protection Ritual.

again, THANK GOD for Google Maps and Streetview that you can physically and literally see the surroundings and the type of environments there are. again, a poor-looking, low-income area. smdh at her. or him.

I too sent Maria money. As a matter of fact I sent her over $300 over the course of many months. I wrote her asking for a total refund. In a matter of weeks I received check for over $300. After that I got another check for $45. I must say she does stand behind her refund policy! I am totally satisfied with her and her refund policy. Thank you for allowing me to post my experience. This charlatan is a predator and scam artist...whether she is "small potatoes" or some big whig!  Read the Scriptures people!  It specifically warns of the many false prophets and soothsayers that will come and permeate our society...deceiving many in the process!  Only a complete fool would even THINK of seeking the counsel of, and/or giving away their money to such an individual!

Maria Duval is a psychic. She sees the future using her God given skill to rip off.

Aceept the fact that we do not live in a perfect world.

No point lodging complaint because our politicians are bigger crooks than

Maria (small potato). So try not to fall prey to such people.

I actually stumbled upon this as my aunt recently contacted me to look up a phone number for a company she had been dealing with. Sure enough it was my gut feeling was right and it was a scam.

I think the best way of defending against this is informing your loved ones about scams like this and to have true and accurate information.

Do not panic, as there have been some bad mis information given here. For example Joe, a person whom file a report says that they can steal your identity with just your name and date of birth. That's false, and information like this is readily available. And no one can open credit accounts without a social security number.

Things to keep safe from places like these are, bank information, credit card information and social security numbers.

Also, this place is not located in Las Vegas, in fact it's not located anywhere really. The mailbox is located in Sparks, Nevada so before you take the other guys advice and decide to take a trip to Vegas to look for someone, remember that Las Vegas is closer to Los Angeles California than it is to Sparks Nevada which is located next to Reno, NV.

Also, if you know someone that's a victim URGE them to ignore all future mailings from this company and it's cohorts that will soon send them information (cause at this point they're added to a sucker list). Also implore that they change all banking information at once.

Good Luck

This is a Different Deal than she gives in the TABLOIDS! Identity Theft Sheme?

This woman sounds too good to be true. She always has an entire full page ad in one of the tabloids that I read. I hope they make her pay in advance. THE INFORMATION THAT SHE ASKS FOR IS THE SAME INFORMATION THAT AN IDENTITY THIEF NEEDS TO TAKE OUT CREDIT CARDS AND RUN ALL KINDS OF SCAMS AND USE MY NAME, MY INFORMATION AND I END UP GOING TO PRISON FOR SOMETHING I NEVER DID. In the tabloid ads, she always offers a Talisman. She NEVER asks for money in the tabloids but I think that is because anyone who responds is going to be set up for later after she sets the hook --assuming that she is even a real person and not a fake identity for a big international gang of criminals and identity thieves and fraudsters. I wonder if we have two Marie Duvals working --and the name is a franchise for some sort of organized CRIME or CON GAME WORKERS. Did she ask you to put down the date, time, place of your birth as well as your full name? Cause when they have your both information and your full name --THEY HAVE JUST STOLEN YOUR IDENTITY. HOW DID YOU KNOW THAT SHE IS WHO SHE SAYS SHE IS ANYWAY AND NOT JUST A NAME OF A FRANCHISE FOR CRIMINALS? I couldn't answer that question so I tossed the tabloid in the trash after I finished reading it. Did you get her name from a tabloid too? Sparks (Las Vegas ) is the capital for schemes and cons --there are others but the Las Vegas address should have been a tip-off.

IDENTITY THEFT INFORMATION REQUESTED BY WHO KNOWS WHO SHE REALLY IS!

She routinely takes out full page ads in my favorite American tabloids and I wanted to believe and send in my information but then ONE thng stopped me MY OWN COMMON SENSE IT WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. this lady might be what she say she is but can I afford to take that chance with MY GOOD NAME? She might be Queen of the Rom or something and I like my rom friends but there is NOBODY I will trust with my personal information and I do mean NOBODY! All the information she was asking is EXACTLY what people who want to steal your identity to set up fake charge accoutns, bank accounts for laundered dope money and other crooked endeeavors would need and skip out and leave me OWING the BILL -- A BILL I NEVER I KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT UNTIL THE COPS COME TO MY HOUSE MAYBE THE CIA, THE FBI AND OTHER AGENCIES AND THEY PUT ME IN JAIL FOR SOMETHING I NEVER DID. I didn't think it was worth it to fill out the form and send it to her. TOO MANY THINGS COULD GO WRONG. She claims that she is retiring and I will lose my chance to have her work great money spells on my behalf, etc. I am too afraid that the only money spell that will result from me sending my personal information to her ( IS SHE EVEN WHO SHE CLAIMS SHE IS?) will be money spent by someone CLAIMING to be me and I will be put in prison for it. NO THANKS.
