Marie Callender’s Unprofessional and Discriminatory Behavior Victorville CA California
I came to visit on April 17, 2018 at 2pm with my mom and stepfather. My mom and stepfather frequent the restaurant regularly. In which Amber regularly refuses to wait on my parents when they come to the restaurant. Amber was the waitress for our section today and she refused to serve us, which is appalling to me. I have fought for my country so Amber could work and have what other freedoms she has. I don’t know if I she is a racist, however management has continued to allow this discriminatory behavior. My mom has addressed this situation numerous times. On another note because Amber refused to wait on us the restaurant manager George did pay for our meal. Which was nice but it defeats the purpose of Amber not servicing us. For future visits my parents will be refusing to have her serve them as they are in fear Amber will do something to their food out of retaliation and or retribution for reporting her for refusal of service. On April 21, 2018 the corporate office called and advised that when my mom visits Marie Callender’s it’s best not have Amber wait on us. So now corporate is continuing to allow this unprofessional behavior and brushing it under the rug. Concerned patron of continuous discriminatory behavior.
