I have been a frequent customer and Amber keeps refusing to wait on me, with the most recent occurrence on April 17, 2018 at 2pm. All the Victorville managers have allowed this unprofessional discriminating behavior to continue for months as I’ve reported this concern to all the Victorville floor managers, to include the restaurant general manager and to no avail no action was taken to my knowledge. My daughter stepped in and e-mailed the Victorville store on April 17, 2018 and did not receive a response after 24 hours. So in turn she contacted the corporate office on April April 18, 2018 in which she received a call back on April 18, 2018. In which I also spoke with the corporate office on April 19, 2018. The corporate office informed me on April 19, 2018, the issue was to be investigated with the Victorville staff as she wanted to get all sides to the story. I was again contacted on April 21, 2018 and informed it is best when I visit Marie Callender’s to not have Amber wait on me, since she can’t work in any other section in the restaurant. So not only is the restaurant floor and general managers allowing this discriminating behavior to continue, the corporate office is allowing this behavior as well. To my knowledge she is not even being reprimanded for her actions. The corporate office also acknowledged this is the first time hearing anything about this issue when my daughter e-mailed them. It’s been ongoing for months now and the store managers didn’t inform the corporate office. I have tried to address this at the lowest level, however I don’t feel confident that this situation has been addressed appropriately.

Why would you even consider to continue to frequent a resturant where a waitress refuses to serve you, and the management continued to allow it?
Did you just walk in one day, sit at her station and she told you to move because she wasn't going to serve you? Seems like there is something missing in this story.
