Sandra I trust and hope this will help you in a big way!
After reviewing a copy of your credit application that was sent to me, It is my opinion that your state Dept of Banking & Finance should be looking into how your dealer puts car loans together. I smell FRAUD!

Next I think it would be very cool if your state AG's office had a chance to read your Rip Off Report.

Now we have to address the troubles you are having with your Jeep. I would go to
http://www2.state.ga.us/GaOCA/llcomplaint.htm and file a Limon law complaint. Inform them in your complaint as to why you feel your Jeep is a big fat juicy limon!
Next It might be smart for you to read your state's Motor Vehicle Warranty Rights Act @ http://autopedia.com/html/LemonLaw/GA_lemonlaw2.html
Your Auto maker should have a copy of your Rip Off Report.

I felt at my wits end when it came to dealing with Marietta Jeep and the problems I have experienced with the car they sold to me. I have been lead to believe both from Cryshler and from the few layers I have called - that nothing can be done to help us out - at least that is what they want me to believe.
Tonight I received the one and ONLY call that offered any assistance, and guess what! He did not want ANYTHING from me at all - not one dollar, not one dime, not even one cent. What he wanted, was for me to know that *I* had someone on my side. That I was no longer helpless, nor that I need to feel that I had no where else to turn too.
The Great Thorn, what a WONDERFUL man! He gave me such insight and told me things that made me mad ( at the dealership!), but made me feel better about my whole situation.
See, earlier today,I logged on the internet looking for a phone number for the "extended" warrenty we were sold (hoping to cash in on it that is) and it led me to this Rip-off Report web site, where I read about another gal who had a problem with Marietta Jeep. I filled out a complaint form and thought, well, if nothing else, I at least got my say and some much needed venting off of my chest. Then Lo and BEHOLD, the Great Thorn calls me the very same night, and tells me that he can help me make Marietta see the error of their ways - He IS the big brother I always wish I had!
Thank you for everything Rip-off Report & the Great Thorn, you made my evening with the TRUTH!
