Marina Hwee - Golden Rule Alliance Incorporated Breach of Contract Pasadena California
I sub-leased by 2002 Jaguar to Marina Hwee. It was in excellent condition when she took over the lease. Just prior to lease end date, she failed to pay for two months payments and she also failed to maintain the car. She never put oil in the engine so she actually burned the engine and there is moderate size dent in the car. The car is not in running condition. It would take approximately 20K to fix the damages to the car. She had the nerve to send me an email stating that since she returned the car to me, she was to be let out of the contract and that she owes me nothing. I expected the car to be in the condition it was in when she took over it. Now I am stuck with a car that needs major repair and she expects nothing to happen to her. If there is anyone out there that can help me sue her, please contact me. I am in desperate need of help. Because of her lack of responsibility, I am financially drained.
